AGENDAS
Town Council meetings are held at 6:30 p.m., Regional Hospital Board and Regional Board meetings are held
at 7:00 p.m., on the
second and fourth Mondays of the month, except during the months of
July, August & December, when only one meeting is held per month, on the
second Monday. Meetings are open to the general public and held in the
Bear Pit, Town Square, 5319 - 50th Avenue South. If you wish to become a
formal delegation, please submit your request in writing to Deputy Corporate
Administrator Heather
Brown at (250) 774-2541, ext. 232.
There is also a short "public & news media question & answer"
period at each meeting for more general questions.
Committees establish their own meeting times, dates and frequency.
